Register below for yoga classes. You will need a Zoom.us account. The link and password for joining a live-stream class will be in the auto-reply email you receive when you register for a class.

Any physical activity has the potential for injury or harm. We advise you to use caution and awareness when participating in a Maura Leigh Yogi class. By choosing to participate in a Maura Leigh Yogi class, you affirm that you alone are responsible for your participation and that you agree to irrevocably release and waive any claims that you have now or hereafter may have against Maura Leigh Yogi.
Virtual Gentle Mat Yoga
(1-Hour, $10)
During our 60-minute Gentle Mat practice, we will move through breath work and yoga asanas (poses) to increase strength, muscle tone, and balance. This practice will include seated, standing, and floor options while moving at a comfortable pace. We will use chairs, a wall, blocks, and yoga straps for this practice.
Virtual Chair Yoga
(1-Hour, $10)
Join me for an Accessible Chair Yoga class. We will move through breath work, intention-setting, and a series of seated and/or standing yoga poses in order to strengthen and tone the body and reduce stress.
You will need :
A sturdy armless chair (a metal folding chair or dining room chair would be great!) a yoga brick or a very thick hardcover book a towel or yoga mat, a dish towel, exercise band, scarf, or yoga strap.
Virtual Lunch Hour Desk Flow
(30 Minutes, $5)
Join me for a 30-minute Lunch Hour yoga class whether you WFH or are in the office! We will move through centering, breathwork, and a gentle flow using the desk as a prop! A sturdy folding chair is a great prop as well. Bare feet, socks, or sneakers are all great options.
Restorative Yoga
(2 Options: 1-Hour, $10 or a Free Limited Sunday Night Class)
This class can be practiced sitting in a chair or laying on the floor. We will move through 5-6 Restorative poses which promote relaxation, cultivate self-awareness, relieve muscle tension and lower blood pressure. Make sure to dress comfy.
Class supplies:
These are optional but are great to have close by.
2 or 3 small blankets, or towels
2 or 3 large pillows
1 or 2 armless chairs
2 yoga blocks
Turn the lights down low and find a quiet area to practice.
4 Class Chair Yoga Package
$35
