Accessible and Restorative Yoga Classes

For all ages, abilities, and fitness levels

Whether you’re looking for a meditative Yoga Nidra session or accessible chair yoga - there are upcoming events and classes that meet your needs. Please take a moment to review the classes, sign the waiver, and I can’t wait to see you there!

Chair Yoga

Join me for an Accessible Chair Yoga class. We will move through breath work, intention-setting, and a series of seated and/or standing yoga poses in order to strengthen and tone the body and reduce stress.

Gentle Mat Yoga

During our 60-minute Gentle Mat practice, we will move through breath work and yoga asanas (poses) to increase strength, muscle tone, and balance. This practice will include seated, standing, and floor options while moving at a comfortable pace. We will use chairs, a wall, blocks, and yoga straps for this practice.

Restorative Yoga

Join me for a free relaxing Restorative Yoga practice on February 25th at 7 pm EST. This class can be practiced on a chair or the floor. We will move through centering, breathwork, and 5-6 Restorative poses. Make sure to dress comfy and bring 2 or 3 small blankets, one or two armless chairs, and 2 yoga blocks or thick books to class. Turn the lights down low and find a quiet area to practice.

Desk Flow Yoga

Join me for a 30-minute Lunch Hour yoga class whether you WFH or are in the office! We will move through centering, breathwork, and a gentle flow using the desk as a prop! A sturdy folding chair is a great prop as well. Bare feet, socks, or sneakers are all great options.
